In December 2022, we updated Íæż½ã½ã’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to incorporate Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as published by the European Commission on June 4, 2021. These SCCs are in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that addresses data transfers originating from the European Economic Area.

Why has Íæż½ã½ã made these updates?

The security and privacy of our customers are a priority, and we treat data compliance as a foundation—not just a feature. We’ve made these updates to our DPA to ensure that we meet security compliance standards for our customers globally and that Íæż½ã½ã’s policies on security, data, and privacy are easy for customers to access and understand.

When will this be effective?

This DPA will automatically become part of your service agreement with Íæż½ã½ã, effective from December 6, 2022.

What do I have to do?

All Íæż½ã½ã customers are part of our online DPA service agreement, and no action is required. If you have questions about your DPA with Íæż½ã½ã, please get in touch with us at support@float.com.
